1. Agreement
By browsing, bidding, purchasing, or subscribing on Let Me Thrift ("LMT", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the shop.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, shill bidding, or abuse.
3. Listings & condition
Every item is secondhand and sold as-is with documented wear. We describe condition, measurements, and flaws in good faith; colours vary by screen. Inventory is one-of-one, so a listing may sell out between page load and checkout.
4. Auctions & bidding
A bid is a binding offer. Bids must exceed the current high bid and can only be placed before the posted close time. Winning bidders must pay within 48 hours; we may cancel bids placed in error or in bad faith.
5. Prices & payment
Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and applicable tax. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, including card and supported crypto (USDC) rails. We never receive or store your full payment details. Order totals — including shipping tier and any charity round-up — are recalculated on our servers before the charge is created; the server total governs.
6. All sales final
Because inventory is curated and vintage, all sales are final. See the Shipping & Returns policy for processing times and transit-damage claims.
7. Membership
Membership is billed through Stripe and renews on its stated cadence until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing; perks run through the end of the paid period. Membership fees are non-refundable.
8. Round-up donations
The optional checkout round-up is collected by us and forwarded to the Homeless Resources Fund. Round-ups are voluntary, non-refundable, and are not tax-deductible receipts issued by LMT.
9. Acceptable use
No scraping, resale of account access, automated bidding, or interference with the service. All site content, photography, and branding remain our property.
10. Liability & changes
The shop is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
