Privacy Policy

We collect the information you hand us: name, email address, shipping address, and the contents of any message you send through the contact form. We also collect basic account data when you sign in, plus order history, bids, favourites, and cart contents tied to your account.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card numbers, crypto wallet details, and other payment credentials are entered on Stripe-hosted infrastructure and are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible from our servers. We retain only a payment reference, the amount, and the order status returned to us by Stripe.

To fulfil orders, run auctions, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and — if you opt in — send drop announcements. We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is necessary with the vendors that make the shop work: Stripe for payments, our shipping carriers for delivery, and our hosting and database providers for storage. Each is bound to use that data solely to provide the service.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure aggregate traffic. Blocking them may break sign-in and checkout.

Order and tax records are retained as long as the law requires. Otherwise you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level access controls so that your orders, bids, and messages are visible only to you and authorised staff. No system is perfect; use a unique password.

The shop is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post any revision on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
