Due to the curated and vintage nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We thoroughly document the condition and measurements of every piece. We process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days using standard ground routing.

Every listing carries a condition score, tagged flaws, measurements, and detail photography of wear, marks, and repairs. Read the condition report before you bid or buy — it is the contract.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3-5 business days of a cleared payment. Standard ground delivery typically lands in 3-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited selection at checkout shortens transit, not the 3-5 day processing window.

Tracking is emailed to the address used at checkout the moment a label is scanned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a parcel arrives crushed, soaked, or with contents broken, email photos of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery. Carrier claims are the one route to a resolution on a final-sale item, and we file them on your behalf.

A winning bid is a binding purchase. Auctions close on the posted timer and non-payment within 48 hours forfeits the lot and may suspend bidding access.
